Deposit Terms & Conditions: Because all services and builds at Digging Dirt Motorsports are custom-ordered, all deposits are non-refundable except under the following strict conditions. A refund of the deposit will only be issued if Digging Dirt Motorsports must alter or cancel the agreed-upon build parameters from our end. If the customer chooses to back out of or cancel a build for any reason, the deposit is forfeited; however, the customer is entitled to receive any physical materials already purchased for their build up to that point, and nothing more. No cash or credit refunds will be issued for customer-initiated cancellations.
